Mainline Services, LLC is a woman-owned and highly-certified minority company providing real estate management, construction rehabilation project management, overall general day to day maintenance services and workforce development programs to youth and young adults for the low-income and under-served community. The workforce target audience is female and male workers of all ages affected by the Covid-19 pandemic resulting in a lack of Job readiness skills, family income stability, and a lack of economic transition.

Mainline Services, LLC serves inner city communities throughout Ohio which are often in the lower socioeconomic classes, have a higher crime rate, poverty, and homeownership is low. Our mission is to create exposure opportunities and help youth and young adults create career pathways that will help lift them out of poverty and help with upward mobility and bridge the gap to the next income bracket. Through workshops, training clinics, and exposure opportunities, participants in our able to see themselves in their future careers and meet an adult mentor. They will have exposure opportunity through construction training , safety training, skill building and hands on experience helps to provide hope and resources to participants and to bridge the gaps. Mainline Services, LLC mission is to build, educate, empower and inspire each student or young adult as they create a pathway of the change they would like to see in their communities.

Lead Abatement and Lead-Safe Renovation Training​

A lead abatement contractor is licensed to conduct lead abatement on residential units, child day-care facilities and school, provide professional advice about lead abatement, supervise one or more lead abatement workers, and write pre-abatement plans and lead abatement specifications.
Lead Abatement Contractor
The Lead Abatement Contractor Course is for individuals seeking license in Ohio as a lead abatement contractor. This five-day course meets Ohio’s requirement for training. Lead abatement activities permanently eliminate existing lead- based painting hazards. Individuals passing this course will receive a certificate of course completion. Once you pass the state examination, you will be provided with a license which is valid for two years.
Lead Abatement Worker
The Lead Abatement Worker Course is for individuals seeking license in Ohio as a lead abatement worker. A Lead Abatement Worker is licensed to perform lead abatement in a residential unit, childcare facility or school. This three-day course meets Ohio’s requirement for training. Individuals passing this course will receive a certificate of course completion.
EPA Lead Safe Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP)
The Lead-Safe Renovator Course is for individuals seeking to represent themselves as a lead-safe renovator. Individuals will conduct renovations, repairs or painting to reduce lead-based paint hazards. There is no license for lead-safe renovator. This one-day course meets Ohio’s requirement for training. Individuals passing this course will receive a certification of course completion. This certification does not entitle individuals to perform lead abatement work but does satisfy training requirements for some renovation programs.
Dust Clearance Sampling Technician
The Dust Sampling Technician course to teach contractors how to conduct non-abatement lead dust clearance testing under EPA’s RRP rule and clearance examinations under HUD’s Lead Safe Housing Rule. The Clearance Technician is licensed to perform clearance examinations on non-abatement lead projects only. This five day course provides a certification, which allows you to sit for the State examination
OHSA 10-30 Safety
OSHA 10-hour training teaches basic safety and health information to entry-level workers in construction and general industry. It is part of the OSHA Outreach Training Program, which explains serious workplace hazards, workers' rights, employer responsibilities and how to file an OSHA complaint.
OSHA 30-hour training program is intended to provide workers with some safety responsibility a greater depth and variety of training. All outreach training is intended to cover an overview of the hazards a worker may encounter on a job site. Training emphasizes hazard identification, avoidance, control and prevention, not OSHA standards.
